What Advanced Pain Care Says about PayrHealth

In healthcare we all try to work smarter as it would be difficult to work much harder! PayrHealth has helped us achieve that goal with our payor contracts. We are a small healthcare system with Ambulatory Surgery Centers, a physician group that includes Pain doctors, Anesthesiologists, Addictionologist, Rheumatologists, Orthopedic surgeons and Neurosurgeons so there are many details in payor contracts that have to be addressed. The team with PayrHealth have made certain that nothing has been missed. I’m very happy to have them as part of our team!

Need

Advanced Pain Care lacked the internal resources to sufficiently tackle payor contracting in-house. In addition to expanding their service lines and adding new locations they needed to strengthen their payor portfolio by renegotiating current agreements and contracting with new payors.

Solution

With PayrHealth, Advanced Pain care extended its contracting team and gained a strategic partner for executing a successful expansion. Prioritizing Advanced Pain Care’s strategic vision, PayrHealth crafted and carried out a payor contracting strategy that set them up for strong growth.

Outcome

By making PayrHealth an extension of their team, Advanced Pain Care increased reimbursement on their priority contracts and obtained new payor contracts that allowed them to expand their service offering, access to new patients, and grow revenue. They realized a double-digit percentage increase. Advanced Pain Care has partnered with PayrHealth since 2018.
